In the planning of our music video, myself and Steph’s predominant use of communication was through phone. This allowed us to create a group chat with our artist and dancers and was easily accessible to arrange dates to book the hall for which shots we were planning to film (such as if it was just the singer, just the dancers or both). We booked the Hall through email communication (Office Outlook Email) for various after school slots which averaged around three hours each time. This media technology was beneficial in the efficient aspect as this a quick and simple communication method ensuring all the details were pre-prepared before the time of the filming in order to ensure we filmed as quickly and effectively as possible. These details included ensuring the artist and dancers brought the same makeup they were wearing in the filming session beforehand and the costumes.
