Another technology I used was a variety of social media in both planning my product and building up my artist profile. Myself and Steph gained inspiration for our choice of outfit from various platforms such as Instagram and Pinterest as these are platforms which would be used often by our target audience. By engaging with the type of fashion that stands out to our target audience, it suggests our products will be successful and stand out to our target audience. Many music artists have a twitter account so myself and Steph created one for both our singer and one for our dancers as it will show a connection in our products and how it links to the music video. Taking inspiration from various artists, we tweeted from the accounts various comments that build up the ‘release’ of the music video such as when we were filming the video which allows the artist to build a connection with her target audience.
